They are so easy to use and comfortable to wear that you can wear them all night. I never thought to do that with my other ones and would just use them during the day for whatever length of time I had available. They go on easily and they stay put. And they pull off without tugging at your skin and the skin under your eyes looks much better after using these, even the first time. Wearing them while you sleep will help eliminate compression wrinkles under your eyes if you are a side sleeper. This is a super nice product with great ingredients. At less than three dollars a pair they are a much better value than the high-end product I am already familiar with.
