I didn’t realize how much tension I was carrying in my neck and shoulders until I finally had a chance to properly relax. Between feeding, rocking and constantly picking up my baby, my upper back was always tight. This has become part of my little reset once she’s asleep.

Why The Recovery Pillow works when nothing else has

Why The Recovery Pillow works when nothing else has

Takes Pressure Off The Nerve

Not the muscle everyone else keeps massaging. The pain across your shoulder blade and down your arm is usually referred from your neck.

Releases The Muscles That Pull Your Head Forward

The ones that shorten over months of feeding, pumping and looking down at a baby, and that drag your neck closed again the moment you stand up.

Restores Neck Movement

Turning your head, checking the back seat and sleeping on your side feel normal again.

Eases The Load From Carrying and Feeding

So the end of the day doesn't feel like your arms are about to fall off.

Advanced 3-In-1 Therapy All Three Aimed At The Nerve

Adjustable Heat Therapy

Adjustable Heat Therapy

Warms the deep muscle at the base of your skull. A cold, braced neck won't open — the muscle locks it shut. The heat is what makes everything else possible. Three intensities.

26° Cervical Opening

26° Cervical Opening

Holds your neck open at 26 degrees — the angle that widens the gap where the nerve leaves your spine. Take the pressure off the nerve, and it stops firing down your shoulder and arm. This is the part a heat pack, a massage gun and a foam roller can't do.

Targeted Vibration

Targeted Vibration

Works the tension out of the muscles that have spent all day pulling your head forward. Those muscles aren't causing your pain — they're what drags the gap shut again the second you stand up. Release them, and the pressure stays off after you put the pillow down.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from the cheaper neck devices I've seen online? +

Almost every neck product on the market is a massager — a heat pack, a massage gun, a shiatsu pillow. They're all built to loosen a muscle. If your pain is being referred from a compressed nerve in your neck, loosening the muscle where it hurts gives you twenty minutes of relief and changes nothing. The Recovery Pillow is built around opening the neck at 26° to take the pressure off the nerve, with heat and vibration doing the work that makes that possible and makes it last.

I've already tried physio, massage and heat packs. Why would this be different? +

Because those were almost certainly aimed at your shoulder and upper back — where it hurts. If the pain is referred from your neck, that's the wrong end of the problem. Physio is genuinely valuable and we'd never tell you to stop. This is designed to do the part the heat pack and the massage gun can't.

Is it safe to use postpartum? What about while breastfeeding? +

There's nothing in it that enters your body — it's heat, gentle positioning and vibration. It doesn't affect breastfeeding or milk supply. That said, every recovery is different, so if you've had a caesarean, a complicated birth, or you've been told to avoid lying flat, check with your midwife, GP or physio first.

Can I use it if my baby is in the room? +

That's exactly what it's designed for. It's silent apart from the vibration, it runs for 15 minutes and shuts off by itself, and most parents use it on the lounge floor while the baby plays on a mat beside them.

How long until I feel a difference? +

Most people notice something in the first few sessions — usually that the pain doesn't spike as sharply when they lift their arms. Meaningful change in stiffness and daily achiness tends to take two to four weeks of regular use. It is not an instant fix, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.

How long should I use it for, and how often? +

15 minutes, once a day. It shuts off on its own. Most parents do it after bedtime.

What if it doesn't work for me? +

Send it back within 90 days for a full refund, used or not. Support pillows and devices are very individual — we'd rather refund you than have it sit unused in a wardrobe.
